These Terms of Use outline the agreement between you, the End-User, and Kodium regarding the use of the Licensed Application, including your rights and responsibilities.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of North Macedonia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
